This hotel and its employees are top! We were treated warmly, professionally and with the utmost attention to every detail of our stay at this beautiful hotel in Buenos Aires. From Gimena and the other ladies at Reception and other Concierge attendants to the wonderful wait staff in the mornings at breakfast, we were treated with courtesy and professionalism! Additionally, the men who greeted us outside upon arrival and during our stay as we came and went, were the most respectful and helpful with transportation. It is obvious this accommodation has exceptional management which is revealed in all the different areas/employees we experienced. All in all, this hotel was an absolute delight and centrally located for us as we explored the various attractions around the city. I highly recommend this Five Star hotel!

The staff is exceptional, thank you to everyone from reception - Gimena and Javier were very welcoming and friendly!, bar (outstanding designed Bar at the Lobby, please ask to Ramiro for your preferred cocktail!), dinner in Cantina Restaurant (great Argentinian food! Martin, the chef, came out from the kitchen to greet us!), and housekeeping for a fantastic stay. The room was elegant and comfortable. Great location, with really nice restaurants and cocktail bars. Nearby Recoleta and La Recova. Only 15 minutes driving distance to Palermo (great restaurants there too!) We will definitely be back!

Loved the ambience, the staff are truly wonderful and attentive, the hotel is in a great place and the breakfast every day was amazing. We were also given a 30 min courtesy massage as the spa and wellness centre were being renovated. The massages were fantastic.

Located in a small and quiet street will lovely cafes and galeries bit easy access to the landmarks in Recoleta. Very good breakfast, options à la carte. The atmosphere is relaxed and all interiors are beautifully restored. They also have a cocktail bar open late.

I was greeted by very kind front desk staff who upgraded me for free to a larger room. The room was very large with all amenities such as a mini bar (Even with a small gin bar including rosemary sprouts and a lime in case you felt like having a gin and tonic). The bathroom felt like a spa with a large and deep bathtub with bath salts for you to use to relax. The bathroom also had a shower. The hotel had a fantastic cocktail lounge that had a DJ at night playing music. The hotel is situated in one of the best neighborhoods close to some of the greatest cocktail bars and restaurants all walking distance. The breakfast buffet was very good as well.

Unbeatable building: full of history and in the heart of Arroyo street: one of the fanciest part of the city. Breakfast was great, full of choices, both, a-la-cart and buffet-styled. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The scent throughout the delicious, calming and relaxing. The gym, sauna and pool are magical. While small, they are fully equipped with all you need. The food and drinks at the bar downstairs are simply next level. All employees were kind and helpful.

I was really suprise for the attention and the high-end service this hotel offers. Everything was great, from the room with nice city views to the restaurants the hotel offers. The location of the hotel is great, perhaps a bit far from the "Buenos Aires nightlife" but nothing major. The room was super clean and really nicely deco. The attention was 10/10!
